Accurate information
Applicants must provide accurate, current information and submit only work they are authorized to share. One application is permitted per email address for this event.
Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee an audition, shortlist or selection. ANAWOOD may verify information, request clarification and disqualify misleading, unsafe or infringing submissions.
Creative ownership
Applicants retain ownership of their original work. Submission grants ANAWOOD the limited right to review it for event administration. Any broader promotional use depends on the separate media-consent choice and further arrangements where required.
Event changes
Schedules, venue access and audition instructions may change for operational or safety reasons. Confirmed applicants will receive material updates through the email address supplied.
